TEAMWORKTeamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishment toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results. HISTORYThe Rehoboth Beach Patrol Competition Team was established in 1990. A group of four lifeguards committed their time to achieve a common goal: winning the United States Lifesaving Association National Championship 4 X 100 Soft Sand Relay. They did just that. Then they placed second at the World Championships in Lubeck, Germany. This was the start of an influx of lifeguards to join the Rehoboth Beach Patrol for the rich tradition of lifesaving and the successful competition team. The Competition Team has since won close to 100 medals.
